This is an impressively luxurious family villa with stunning Panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. The unique feature of the villa is the large outdoor area with the generous gardens and pool area together with the beautiful swimming pools. Guests will enjoy enchanting sunsets and gatherings with the interpreted views.
The villa sleeps up to 16 guests, boosted with 6 large bedrooms including two cozy mezzanines with total 13 beds. Also within the garden, there are 2 large BBQ areas. The first has a small BBQ grill and the second one is for more extensive BBQ preparation being served by 2 extra-large outdoor dining tables.
Furthermore, Villa offers some optional facilities such as the hot tub Jacuzzi and a cold draught beer dispenser.
Designed by my father Lakis Erotokritou, this elegantly furnished luxury villa has a contemporary architecture. Spacious and well-ventilated, the inside of the villa has a cozy and comfortable feel and the outdoors offer plenty of space to celebrate any moment or occasion with grandeur.
Panorama combines just about everything that is desirable about a holiday villa: flexible space, unique calming interiors, relaxing outdoor area, a dreamy al fresco dining/ BBQ area, and that most delicious of watery trilemmas: floating in the pool or wallowing in the Jacuzzi.
From there you can travel to Polis Latchi city and the famous Akamas Peninsula, make relaxing walks on the old vineyard trails or ride a bike along the Elbe.

* An outdoor hot tub spa Jacuzzi can be provided and is an optional facility costs EUR 65 per day and paid locally . It can be booked for a minimum of 4 days and needs to be requested at least 2 days in advance.

* The Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the main living room only is optional and paid upon arrival in cash.
The cost of the large living area air condition is 32 Euros per day .

* The swimming pool is not heated.

* Car hire is necessary.

*It is for the kind attention of our esteemed customers and visitors that commercial filming and /or videography on the premises without the prior written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited. If not followed, it attracts legal measures to be taken on part of the administration.

* In case of a wedding or event at the property a wedding/event surcharge is applicable of Euros 650.00 and is payable locally in cash upon arrival.
