The space

This is a modular house of 50 m2 inner cover area and 25 m2 outdoor covered balcony that accommodates comfortably a family of 4 or a couple.

With contemporary materials, such as wooden floors, decorative wall panels and the deep comfy living room couch, the interior spaces offer a friendly and family environment. Located at the Edge of Peyia Hills Mountains, this comfy, luxury villa is finely atuned with the surrounding. The glazing doors of the main living room and master bedroom lets you enjoy the astonishing view of the Mediterranean from the inside as well.

Sit back at the comfortable large couch and as watching your favorite series at the 52’’TV, gaze out from the glass and admire the Panoramic Mediterranean view. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave and dish-washing machine. The villa has one master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. A comfortable twin bedroom with two single beds and extra bathroom is also there. The outside seating area is almost hanging at the Edge of the cliff and has a dining table with a comfortable outdoor sofa for romantic nights of relaxation.

The outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi that is built right at the edge of the mountain is the epic detail of Panorama Edge. Thanks to the wooden raising floor of the Jacuzzi, the outside becomes a private luxury space.

A private parking is located right at the entrance of the villa so the guests have easy access.
