The space

The modern villa is located in a peaceful private area, in Chloraka , Paphos district overlooking the Mediterranean sea along with the MV Demetrios ii shipwrecked.

Marissa house has 2 floors designed and renovated with passion by our father Lakis Erotokritou. The architect used variety of materials, modern furniture’s, marbles , wood and stone while paying attention to every small detail.

On the ground floor the villa features a stylish open plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment’s and tools needed to prepare any type of meal. Together with the kitchen is the indoor dining area that seats up to 8 people. The combination of the open plan kitchen and dining area offers a comfortable and relax environment for your function.

The living room was designed with modern and artistic materials such as artistic wall paints, rugs, mirrors therefore every corner has a story to tell.
It has a comfortable sofa and a 52 Inch smart TV to enjoy a movie night .

In addition you will find the cozy nook spot suitable for relaxation and reading a book on a large sofa while gazing the sunset .

Going up on the 1st floor you will find the two spacious bedrooms , each with, closet, desk, aircon and fan celling and two twin bedrooms. For the couples the single beds can be placed next to each other and therefore to be converted into double queen sized beds. The bedrooms share a stulish bathroom.

Additionally on the 2nd floor there is also an individual and separate the spacious modern studio room which is perfect for guests staying remotely so they will have there private space. The en-suite studio room features a fully equipped bedroom with its own kitchen, bathroom, aircon, desk, balcony and 52 inch TV.

The outdoor area features an outdoor seating areas and sunbeds for your sunbaths . If you are planning a family gathering then the outdoor BBQ will promise unforgettable cook outs & joy .

However the center of attention goes to the luxury private hot/cold tap Jacuzzi with different massage modes .

Nevertheless guests to access to the common swimming pool which is available solely only for the guests and for the few neighbors who live around. A private key will be given to access it.

Towels for Jacuzzi and the swimming pool are provided.

Parking is provided at the street front.

Marissa is near the famous King Evelthon hotel and just 5 minutes’ drive to the beach, and in close proximity to variety of restaurants, bars and convenient stores.

Car Hire or Taxi is necessary for your transportation.

Other things to note

*No additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent from the owner. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form is allowed to stay at the villa.

* The villa has a strict quiet time at night after 22:00 pm (No noise, parties or Events)

* The usage of Jacuzzi should not to be used later than 22:00 pm

* Car or used of Taxi is necessary for your transportation

* Daily private chef needs to be booked in advance.
