The space

This family 4-bedroom villa in Peyia village is designed and decorated to ensure you have the laid back, comfy and rejuvenating holidays. Cosy, contemporary and charming, the villa with rustic mixed interior and plenty of green space around it has 4 large size bedrooms with 3 bathrooms as well as spacious living area and lots of open space to play and relax. The fun doubles up with a private swimming pool where you can chill-out in the warm Cypriot evenings accompany with BBQ facilities.

The open kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped to serve every dining need of the guests. You can enjoy a classy dining inside the villa or plan a romantic candle night dinner with an open BBQ on the terrace while enjoying the panoramic view of the village. The ground floor also has a private shower room attached with the double bedroom.

Going to the first floor you will find the large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and it’s balcony, the twin bedroom with a Mediterranean Sea facing balcony, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom. This luxury villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people and is perfect small family gatherings.

Other things to note

* The villa has a strict quiet time after 12:00 am

* The Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the main living room only is optional and paid upon arrival in cash at the cost of 20 Euros per night .(Not applied for the months between( December – March)

*No additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent from the owner. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form is allowed to stay at the villa.
